For 2014 Disney wants its fans to “Show Your Disney Side” to the  world. I love this new campaign as it gives Disneyphile’s of all ranges a chance to let their little secret out to the world .We are Disney freaks and we want the world to know. For me it’s never been a big secret but I will gladly take the opportunity to let my Disney freak flag fly (pirate themed of course!). Christmas at our house has been taken over by a few mice, maybe a Princess or two and a Platypus. To start with there is this beauty:
Why yes that Mickey is as tall as my house.

Everyone on my block knows which mouse rules our house. This was a Christmas gift from my husband a few years ago and I just love it.
Oh Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree

It started innocently enough with a Mickey ornament here or there, a dated WDW ornament, an adorable tree skirt, and then it exploded. Last year we had more than enough to do a separate Disney only tree but decided to combine them back with our regular stuff this year.  So mixed among our kids hand crafted creations is our ever growing collection of Disney Ornaments.

Countdowns and Stockings
Mickey makes an appearance on our advent calendar counting down to the big day in his cheerful lovable voice. My 11 year old ditched her Cinderella stocking this year in favor of something a little more subtle.

I foresee some coal in her future!
