My kids have been out of school for days now but most consider Memorial Day the unofficial start to summer so how will you spend your summer vacation this year? Take a page from our favorite animated duo and have a blast at Walt Disney World this summer, Phineas and Ferb style!

Phineas, Ferb and the gang find great ways to spend their 104 days of summer vacation every day! Want a taste of P&F-style adventure during your vacation, but without a pesky older sister trying to “bust” you and ruin all your fun? Then read on for a Tri-State Area sized plan!

There’s no better way to start out your Phineas and Ferb adventure than to be personally inspired by the Danville Duo themselves! You can meet Phineas and Ferb at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. While waiting for your meet and greet, you may be lucky enough to get discovered and star in P&F’s next music video. Let Phineas and Ferb in on what you’re going to do that day while getting an autograph and posing for a picture or two. Oh, and don’t forget to ask, “Where’s Perry?”

From Hollywood Studios head over to Epcot to enlist as a secret agent for the OWCA (Organization Without a Cool Acronym) in Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure. First you will be equipped with your very own FONE to communicate with Major Monogram and Carl. They may send you all over the world (the World Showcase, that is) to help Agent P foil the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s plan to rule the Tri State area! You’ll have a wild adventure that may include rescuing your fellow agent, destroying “Inators” and restoring order to the counties of the World Showcase. With adventures in Mexico, Norway, Germany, China, the United States, Japan and France there several different experiences awaiting you on each mission.

Take a break from saving the World Showcase and relax with a Doofenslurper, an icy cool drink served in your own evil-sciencey souvenir container featuring the evil doctor himself, Heinz Doofenshmirtz. This frozen treat is sold at three snack stops around the World Showcase: Fife and Drum, Promenade Refreshments, and the Cool Post. Each location has a different flavor but all offer to top off your fruity concoction with passion fruit sorbet foam. Try to avoid a brain freeze of evil!

Another great Epcot stop is Innovations. This classic Epcot attraction might not be themed with P&F flair, but if the Danville Duo grew up to be Imagineers, this would be the attraction they would design! Remember when Phineas and Ferb put themselves and their friends inside a video game? How about when they designed a roller-coaster? At Innoventions, you can do these things and more! Let your imagination run wild as you try out all the great inventions and pick up a few tips for engineering your next backyard diversion for the summer blues.

 

Your summer vacation may not last 104 days, but with all the Phineas and Ferb inspired fun you’ll have during your stay, you’ll be thinking you had 105!
